Also My Birthday Came Up My Mate Got Me This

And The Girlfriend Starting To Get Into Things
So We Went Down To Local Solar Guard Tinting In Wembley
Dropped The Car Of At 10am And Got It Back Around 2pm Like This
30% Rear Side and Back Window
Very Happy With The Outcome
Here Some More Pictures
Thanks For Looking
Some very tasty mods there, Buddy. MY09/MY11 rear lights would look perfect on there and bring the car bang up to date. Loving the Diamond Visions, have them in my fogs and had them in the headlights of my previous car. They are the shizz of Halogen bulbs IMO. Well done, look forward to seeing more updates. xx
good to see LCR splitter putting in an appearance. My one compaint about the A3 car is when you park it next to any other car in a car park the gap between the bottom of the bumper and the tarmac is higher than most other cars. Needs a deeper chin from factory, but with the massive front end overhang I suppose engineers decided it wasnt workable.
thanks bro have some updates now
all is true love your s3 warren i bought some jet seal 109 after seeing how yours turned out
Big Big Thank You To NHN
For MY11 Rears Love Them Transformed The Majorly
Old vs New
Excuse The Dirt Lol
Hope You All Like
Again big thanks to NHN Nigel
looking nice bro!
really does improve the look on the back end.
Loving the A3 dude!
got me a few mods lined up after reading through this! are the rear lights a straight swap? did you need to do coding to get the fogs to work or have i read that wrong on other threads?
I hear a lot about the NHN guy. all good things, is he a dealer or something?
No he is the Master Jedi!
an installer who knows way too much about audi's and can also supply endless amounts of parts
Lovly car mate :icon_thumright:
Thanks For The Comments Guys
Nice car!! Love the tints, looks great on a black car, the my11 rear lights do look very tasty!! Nice job
Its been a while since I last updated was busy with uni and work
So me and a good friend of mine installed some under dash lighting which came out amazing but in the pictures does show up as the wrong colour. It shows up blue however it is meant to be ice white.
Ill get some better pictures up soon.
So then after some time I got hold of a much needed cup holder
Some van driver thought he owned two lanes and this happened
Van driver denied everything and for the sake of £60 decided not to go through insurance.
Had the whole wing repaired and at the same time got the rear bumper re-sprayed as it was needed.
rear bumper after being sprayed and end result
As have been waiting for the right time and patience I decided two full detail the A3 which took two weeks as I only had time for a panel a day as I was working 8 till 6 and could only manage that as some relax time was needed.
So as followed this is what steps I had done leading up to gti international.
- Wash the car
- Used sonus clay bar
- Then 3m fast cut +
- Then 3m extra fine
- Then 3m ultra fina
I had also wet sanded the roof and the bonnet with 2500 indsa disc on a DA then used 300 grit.
What a nightmare
car looking bit sorry for itself
To finish up gave two coats of jet seal 109 and then two coats of colinte wax
Before the show I borrowed my friends wheels
They where some minor updates over a few months ago.
hope it tickles some peoples fancy
thanks for looking
Last pic is mint.
Also mate that double din headunit looks really nice!
I've been looking into them and it looks like alot of cost if I'm honest, so i researched single dins, which generally are hellaugly, but i think this one looks relatively smart considering, think i may go for it, saves a lot of hassle and money!
Halfords | Philips CMD305A Android/USB/Bluetooth
thats interesting but each to there own if that what you like

So as i thought enough with small mods got the car mapped and wow loving it can't fault thanks to a good friend bobby working with evolution chips
so brakes where on there way out lol you could wonder why
looking on ebay came across a bargin i thought
went to pick them up and they sat there for a month lol not having no time to work on them as i wanted to plan what exactly i wanted to do with them.
got some nitromors
on the left we have the before and on the right the after outcome once i hit them with a wire brush on the end of a drill
had a vision of what i wanted to do
so i got cracking order some high temp primer paint and clear
i gave it a go my self doing little bits and pieces in the past thought the satisfaction is much better from doing something your self.
set up a spray booth lol h34r: h34r:
got the stage one done
stage two paint
stage three clear
stage four the anti rattle clip
hope you all like what you see
So as i was working at euro car parts it turned out to be a 4 month summer job lol h34r:
- Got new gasket seals
- Goodridge Phantom Black Hoses
- EBC Red Stuff Pads
- EBC Turbo Groved Discs
Also ATE super r blue dot 4 brake fluid
So once everything was collected headed down to Yaashik Motors in Wembley known them for a couple of years at they are top guys couldnt recommend them enough
Until Next Time... B)
Hi mate, nice progress.
One question for you, how are those headlights for you?
I've heard alot about upgraded headlights burning out wiper motor's etc, these look like nice, clean OEM looking bulbs and would like a set myself, with matching sides like yours!
Ha Ha love the big smile The 345s look huge behind the 18"s
they are philips diamond vision mate not HIDs and cant fault them
side lights are from "ultra led" they are wide angel 501s
LOL thanks buddy best mod i think i have ever done by far
No match for your brakes though
Nice bit of detailing there mate
Nice job so far mate, car looks great
So the cars phase one is 70%ish completed <_<
So after a few days trying do some research on AP Coilovers or FK Coilovers.
after speaking to Damian at DPM Performance (may i add amazing guy very helpful) i went along with AP Coilovers
i had already sourced some wheels out and had them for about a couple of weeks before the coilovers and a mate of mine ha some tyres that he needed to get rid of and they where in my favour.
215/35/19 fullruns x2
215/35/19 wanli x2
for £120 all with 7mm thread or so cannot complain one bit
the wheel specs are 19x8 et45 not the best spec but it was the wheels that i was after.
so hey enough of the talking...
Some pictures from Players 6.0
Some more extras and pictures to come but thats all for now x
wow that is looking really nice!
Looking good mate love the rims, how you finding the ride on the ap's?
i am finding it great i thought i would make it harsher however it feels like sline springs as standard and i am more then happy
one only issue is that i would like it a little more lower on the front
What are the part numbers for the VW calipers?
Car looks immense with those wheels and brakes, you're giving me inspiration!
It's not a competition, yellow looks great behind the black wheels. I have another set here for sale
N8 How much are the calipers?
Sorry, I confused the subject. Scratch that last post
Full kit is £1800, ready to go.
