My DIY Wheel Refurb lots of pics

    Done these myself with cans. Didnt have the space or time to do all the wheels together otherwise I would have mixed the paint and used a gun and compressor. Have filled all damage but if I was going to do it again I would sand/grit blast them as the rubbing down was a nightmare. slightly worried about the durability about wet spraying and the tyre fitting. looking forward to get them on the car now.

    Nice work, looks like you underwent a similar process to me whan I did mine. They'll be ok putting the tyres on, just leave it as long as you can for the paint to harden, and then hover over the fitter making regular comments as to how worried you are...

    The paint is never as hard as an over baked finished, but with the right care they'll last well.

    Cheers guys think I will leave them over the winter and get them fresh on in the summer.. I used the ISOPON Metalik stuff to fill the wheels. took me ages!!! Thanks for all the +'s I have bought new flip flops too rich!

    BTW. I am new to my A4 and have the same wheels, can you tell me what they are called please.
