Been trying to find a forge FMIC setup going cheaper on the bay for a while now and stubmled across this.

FORGE MOTORSPORT FMVWQS 6 SPEED ADJUSTABLE FRONT TO BACK QUICK SHORT SHIFT | eBay

Put in a few bids and completely forgot about it whilst at work, to my surprise i got it for £31 :)

I had doubts as to what i actually won as the description only lists the front to back but when it arrived this morning i got front to back and side to side shifters :D

Any body got tips for fitting, going on a PD130, even though Forge site say it wont fit diesels a few guys on UK-MKIV's seem to be running them

The "throw" is adjustable on these and in the short setting it really short and just watch that first gear change as when I fitted one I nearly ripped the gearbox out trying to change gears normally. Personally I'd start at the furtheredt out point and move in to a comfortable point. Makes gear changing very crisp though

Gonna keep the settings where they are currently set for the moment and see how it feels. Looking into buying the bearing kit from Awesome which apparently improves the shift even further by removing the rubber elements from the shift linkages
