Spoil her - Spoiler. Get it! lol

Had this kicking about for a while so thought I should get off my butt and get it on. E46 BMW M3 lip spoiler.

Definitely to my taste, tripping for it.

Is it an OEM E46 item, or a replica?
How much did it cost, and where from?
I need one for my car.

I got it from E-Bay. Can get it from UK suppliers from between £40 and £80. I got mine from a German seller for £28 all in couriered to my office. Was pretty impressed actually as from ordering to arrival was only 4 days.

The exhaust is just a back box that I had made up for my old A4 estate. Mt brotehr is a bit nifty with a welder so put it on this when I got it. It's not greta but is a good stainless affair. Will replace it with a Miltek full system once I've sold one of my toys

I cut the sticky pad backing in the centre and pulled a bit away either side to give me about 3" of sticky. Centred it up and then pulled the backing away and stuck the spoiler on following the contour. Went surprisingly well, probably a fluke though

The RS badge was meant as nothing more than a nod at my Ford routes. A Focus RS badge would look a bit daft though so this was a nice option. My track car (S2 Escort RS Turbo) also has the same bootlid badge.

Was planning to go this month but due to decorating expenditure it's been put back to April where I'm planning to get engaged whilst there.

Couple more pics (excuse the dirt, missus took the car to the stables)

Buddy, you don't have to justify the RS badge, to anyone except yourself.

As long as you're pleased with it, I wouldn't care how many others hated it.
I like your car, looks great.

I'm going to badge my car, one way or the other, and stuff anyone who doesn't like it.

    It's my car.

Not going mad as it's staying my daily hack. Got a guy coming to look at my Fiesta tomorrow morning and if she go's will be putting some cash into my A4.

    Plans are:
    Weitec suspension kit
    18" RS6 5 spokes
    Facelift headlights
    Facelift tail lights
New door mouldings (2 are looking a bit used)
    Foglights
    Miltek exhaust system

Regarding the missus, that's the plan. See if she'll do what she's told then. lol

Saddly mate :( Just get the old girl about where I want her and circumstances dictate I've got to give up one of them and I've had my Escort too long to part with her.

    As she is ATM

Gutted to have to lose her, she's been a great little car. Just hope another enthusiast takes her on

Don't tell me things like that, I've just taken a deposit on her.

Still can't beleive I'm selling her. I know it's daft getting attached to a car but it took such a long time to find a good one and I know I won't be able to do it again. :(

Onwards and upwards though and I'm looking forward to getting my Escort out of the moth balls for some fun. :)
