All back together at last! It was a far bigger job than I expected but went well. It was very snug with that Wagner being so big.

Need to decide on a clutch now not liking the reviews on people struggling to change gear at high rpm.

Lol thanks....£700! I had a serious amount of nuts and bolts off and didn't think it would ever be road worth again. The intercooler came over from Germany but only took 3 days, The car feels different now almost more laggy off boost not sure if it needs to be re-mapped again but once my exhaust arrives and I decide what clutch is best for the tte/420 (one day... Going to go to stage 2+ for a long time first)it will be going back in for mapping anyway

Don't worry about the gear changes Ben , mine is 95% user error as I do tend to try and rush my changes , had auto bmw's for years so a manual box is a bit alien tbh .

Quick update... Something just didn't feel right with my car after fitting the intercooler thought it was suppose to feel better not worse. I could hear a raspy sound and a really big flat spot from 1k to 2k rpm when cold! So when I was speaking to my friend that help me fit it asked him should there of been anything on the aluminium insert you fit in side the ally intake pipe and he said yes it shouldn't be metal on metal, I just assumed everything for that intercooler was in the box because it had the silicone hoses and the stainless jubilee clips, so I went to the old pipe and what was there a rubber O ring which I was suppose to put on the new insert.
I Managed to get to the pipe with just pulling off the under tray luckily inserted the rubber and as soon as I started it, it sounded a lot better and felt hell of lot more responsive the induction noise has increased also sounds like darth Vader on the drive ha, it was so loud it sounded like the bass from the radio was on. Haven't given it a good spin yet but my intake temps didn't get over 5 degrees above ambient on a quick run.

Interested to know how you find the Forge kit. I have the 330 kit on mine but ever since fitting it's introduced a wobble at high speed which no amount of wheel alignment or balancing has fixed so far ... On the other hand stopping power is brilliant.

That's too close mate , if they are the balancing weights I would re do them and move them to the back of the well , if you get a stone trapped in there you will be in trouble .

Another little mod as I had no where to mount my phone as I have an Bluetooth OBD to let me know Intake temps etc... A clear mounts phone holder doesn't look out of place at all.

That's the app got it set on temperatures at the moment but it can do a few different sensors and the display is all customisable size, colour, position and so on the only one that doesn't seem to work is the ambient as it doesn't read the same as the centre display

Yea good they supply a metal square or circle to put behind your case of you have one and the magnet is really strong I'll take a photo off the phone in place tomorrow if you like with my iPad.

What exhaust is that? How does it compare to the Miltek do you know, sound/performance? Looks fantastic
