    Thanks for the comments.

Yes it is just a cupra r splitter. Can get them for about £25 from main dealer rather than £39 off ebay.

S-Line spoiler would be nice, just not decided on whether or not to paint/vinyl the roof gloss black and/or just the spoiler, (when I get one).

The other idea is to replace all the gloss black with another colour, nothing lairy, just something like gunmetal grey perhaps. Also may do the wheels back in silver.

    Thanks

Opinions on changing all the gloss black bits, (including wheels), for anthracite/gunmetal grey?

Yep, i'd get rid of all the gloss black bits. For me, black only carries well on white or black cars, with the odd excpetion of red too.

Personally I think the 'trying to make a split grill look like the facelift grill' mod looks really bad on any A3 thats attempted it, so I'd loose that.

I'd prefer anthracite on the wheels to gloss black, but Im not sure it'd be a big enough difference to warrant changing it?

    My 2p :)

l love when people do a double/single grill mod looks a lot better. not as good as single grill imo BUT a damm lot better than the standard spiltty.

All opinions received are appreciated. If we all had the same ideas and liked the same things this world would be majorly boring.

    Thanks peeps.

They were matt black before I did them gloss and they made it look like it was a base spec car without colour coding IMO.

I quite fancy brushed aluminium or carbon fibre next.

Might crack out the nitromors soon and get the wheels back to silver or maybe polish the face and keep insides black.
