Hehe, my first A4 only cost me 5k, which isnt much. Considering most youngsters buy new KAs etc which are about 8k ish. Just preferred a A4 obviously lol! Insurance was stupid on it tho, but well worth it ;)

I think the car looks good. I'm 22 and have a 2001 a3. I really do like the alloys. Headlights not sure but the standard ones are starting to look abit dated.

    What alloys are they?

    Good car.

    Well, since commente were/are welcome...
    I don't like it.

It's straight out of 'chav street' as far as I'm concerned...and adds weight to my decision to get rid of my S3 before A3s/S3s started heading down this road.

    Maybe I'm getting old too....

As for the plates...I don't see the need to have "moth***ucker" either. Is it meant to be big? Or clever? Because it's neither...it just markes the owner out as a tosser, in my book.
I'm not adverse to swearing or easily offended...but I don't see the need to be a twat and antagonise those who are easily offended.

If you get away with those plates...fair play to you. Mine are slightly illegal too...
But if you get tugged and fined, please don't come whining and whinging here...'cos we don't want to hear it. Everyone knows the risks.

I guess I just don't get the whole 'look' that many people go for nowadays...

Just to throw a thought out there regarding the plates.
The vehicle is not road worthy/legal with them. Sort of gives your insurance company an excuse to not pay in the advent of a claim.

I actually like it! Love those wheels in particular. And while it's definitely provoked a lot of opinion here, I wouldn't worry about the criticism - modifying cars is very much a personal thing.

But you're lucky to have such a nice car at 17. When I was that age (12 years ago) I was driving a 1984 Ford Escort 1.3GL - in Solid Brown! LOL
