MULTITRONIC???

hi, finally got the money saved up for the new car, ive a couple of cars in mind and they are both multitronic but i'm getting real mixed reviews on the multitronic, some say avoid at all cost, some say only consider if all the 40k gearbox services have been carried out, ive got 10k for a car mileage of cars are just over 100k.

Hi mate. Ive never tried a multitronic but when I was looking for my car I heard nothing but bad things about them. Im no expert though and Im sure theres plenty on here who will be able to give you some decent advice. Why don't you try a thread search. Best of luck.

From what I've heard about the multitronics, I'll stick with the DSG any day, even with the extra expense when it goes wrong

I am 82k on DSG and no problems,as long as the correct servicing of it has been done then no problems
