Hello!
Timing belt went to hell, causing the vents to hit the pistons... 5 vets are broken and wont close.
Got a new engine and are going to swap engine.

What is the easiest way to remove and insert a new engine? i have removed the head and exhaust manifoil and fuelrails etc...

also, i dont have a car lift...

Thank's for all advices!

I'd be taking the whole front end off and using a heavy duty trolley jack, some wood, a couple of mates and roll it out the front..

one said i should lift the engine out together with the gearbox, removing driveshafts...

but thank's for the tip! :)

Pull it from the front rather than up and over.

Evey time.
