HIDS are advise, and the manual doesn't not say they need washers or levellers.
It says they must work if fit, then goes on to say levellers can't be properly checked, and passed if not checked.
That's not to say there won't be a traffic law to say otherwise.
But the Mot doesn't test to full traffic laws.
