I have a 2016 A6.
I'm new to Audi and MMI therefore but having successfully paired up the phone I was able to receive and read text messages on the MMI.
My mobile is Android based and when attempting to dictate a text message or reply to one received the system rarely works. It prompts that it 'didn't recognise voice' normally although sometimes it works (say 1 out of 10 attempts).
Is this a known software glitch and can you resolve it? Thanks.
