Hi folks, does anyone use this and can they still access it? My Facelift A6 worked perfectly until 2 weeks ago. When I access my newsfeed it says "an error has occurred". I reported it to Audi customer service, they have informed me that the software is no longer compatible and the account has been closed. They at going to clarify this with the factory but it smells like bull to me. This is a relatively new service, why would they pull the plug?
