Could anyone shed some light on this. When i enter the " Car Menu " to check vehicle settings, Driver assist, air con settings & Servicing & checks Or Audi drive select menu. The Car Annimation as i would call it ( in other words, the picture of the car ) is not showing, anyone know why this could be, could it be some settings within the hidden green menu that need altering. I have attached photo's from the MMI to show what i mean.

Is the car on the menu black and thats why you can't see it? 
Sorry mate, couldn't resist.
Maybe get the car scanned to see if it shows a fault and take it from there.
