Miltek Exhaust Question

I currently have a full Milltek system on my S3, thinking of changing it for a custom cat-back exhaust from MIJ.
Only decided to change due to wanting a bit more noise and a different tail pipe design
Just wondering what my Milltek is worth and would anyone be interested in it? It hasn't done alot of miles and is spotless, had the car up on the ramps lately and it all looks fairly new, no corrosion of any kind at all.

Will the Milltek cat-back fit a standard S3 Cat, as its been fitted to my car which has the milltek cat too.

Did try searching but couldn't find anything that solved my query.

I bought the Cat back Milltek but it came with a sleeve reducer to fit to the original S3 cat at the front.
I'm sure Milltek woud supply you one direct, I found them to be very helpful
