This probably seems like a stupid question, but what exactly is mid? I have a Bose system in my A3 and have fiddled up and down with the mid control, but cant hear any difference at all. What does it do, or is there just something wrong with me?! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/noidea.gif

Midrange is basically played by your door speakers so in effect controlling mid will effect doors, sub will obviously do the sub and high will change the tweeters,

Changing mid range will not have such an audible effect as changing sub or high settings, but it should still make a difference
