Ok ive got the Dennison in and playing,but it aint charging the ipod

and wont let me access the ipod without pulling the dock cable out!!! im getting well fed up now...been messing for the last 3hours!!!

Ive earthed the black cable to the radio and accessed cd 6 to get the ipod menu...the menus come up on the ipod but cant access it.

anyone help im loosing the will to live

ok found the problem it wasnt on charge in the Dennison menu
