Hi, I was wondering is it possible to just install the navigation manually without adding it as an option? Essentially I see a few copies on pirate bay and wondered could I just download one of these images, burn to dvd and install from that? Maybe I'm over simplifying the process and there is a catch.. Thanks

You're not the first to ask this, and i'm sure you won't be the last!

The answer is no, although you can indeed download or purchase copies of the maps online the car has to be activated to accept them by a main dealer. Without this dealer activation the car will refuse to accept any maps. There are a number of threads on this subject already, so it's best to do a search if you need more info.
