Hi, I have a 2000 tt FWD 180HP and just purchased a manual boost controller on ebay Three questions
    1. How much boost in psi can a stock tt handle with 91+ octane?
    2. Will a chip work on a vehicle with a manual boost controller, if so which is best for a stock 180HP?
    3. Is there anything else I need to purchase to help the boost controller work properly?
    thanks

ifyou fit this manual boost controller without a chip suitable for it, you wil have problems, as the stock ecu is looking for set limits, in my experience you will only get small gains from a maunual controller as vehicle will go into emergency running mode!

    recommend just getting a remap!
