Lowering front of B7 S Line Avant Quattro

Hi guys, finally looking at lowering the front of my B7 S line Avant Quattro. I've looked at the part # on Etka for the B5 spring cups (2000 model) and it gives part # 8D0 412 103 B but noticed that the RS4 of the same year lists a spring seat part # 8D0 412 066 F.
Can anybody tell me what the difference is, if any, and which one should I use?
