Right, now I don't know if I'm being paranoid or not, but hear me out.

I've started to notice that there's a vibrations through the accelerator pedal - its most noticeable in 6th gear between 2k and 3k (so doing about 50mph ish). Is it just down to low revs/high gear? I don't remember feeling it before at all though and my driving style hasn't changed.

Worth noting, but wheels do need balancing but thats only really noticeable at 70+.

    Thanks all,

Check wheels for any buckles & balance then see what it does :)

any mods on the car especially exhaust can cause some extra vibration

Haldex coupling rubber starting to go hard?
Same symptoms as my old TDi Quattro.
Steadily gets worse until you have in in 4th & 5th also.

I'd hope its not the Haldex coupling, its only on 19k.

I'm getting some new tyres/wheel balancing and then I'll see how it is, if its still there its off to Audi as its still in warranty.
