ive just noticed on my a4 that my coolant is slightly below minimum level in the tank.

surely with modern systems the level shouldnt go down unless there is a problem, leak or something?

should i put the car into the dealer for a check? would they charge me or would warranty cover it?

It will 'use' coolant under normal use - Just top it up and keep an eye on it.

BUT make sure you only use VAG coolant and don't top up with tap water.

    You need 'G12 plus' Coolant

2 parts coolant to 3 parts water gives -24'c Protection.

But it's easier just to mix 50/50 - Gives -36'c Protection.

MIx it with distilled water ONLY.
