Looseing boost!

My A3 won't hold boost, it's got a ko3s with a previous remap,

Hits 15psi then dips down to 10-8psi to the rev limiter..

What do I check first?

12psi would be max anyhow at 6krpm on std actuator
leaks/soft actuator likely cause if it held more previously and turbo is in good health
