I've been fortunate enough to acquire a new car, and as much as I want to, I can't really justify keeping my current S3. The money is not as important as the ease with which it is sold - I'm terrified of a private sale with the inevitable band of tyre-kickers, I don't want to trade it in for anything else, and I'm too green to consider auctions. The trouble is, the local Audi dealership has shown no interest at all in buying it from me, several calls unreturned, no enthusiasm at all. Is this the norm? It's a nice car, 51 plate, most of the extras, and a not outrageous 57k miles on it. Are there any dealerships which are well known for their benevolent attitude when it comes simply to paying cash for a car?
