light weight pulleys

hello peeps has any one used or had any lightweight pulleys eg ecs or any other .if so did you notice any difference were they easy to fit thanks in advance for any info

i used them on a stage 3 a4
not a bot of diffrence on the RR
i didnt fit so cant say easy or hard
