Led sidelights and fogs

Hi

Im planning on replacing my side lights and fogs for the White led lights

Anyone done this? If so what bulbs did you use as I'm sure the a6 are a canbus system?

I brought some sidelights of ebay. Fitted them but they only stayed on for a couple of seconds started to blink and just shut off

Im wanting to do the same also wanting to do my DRL's as LEDs too.

Ive got a friend local to me who has a pair. Im gonna try them see what they're like. He claims the ones he has have been fitted to newer jags and bmw's with no bulb warnings.

I changed my side lights on the A4 to LED's , bought good ones at the time, but cant remember what brand now, tbh they are fine when they are new, then after a few months they started to die, leds flickering and sometimes not coming on at all.
Yes they look great but I wont waste my hard earned on them again, unless the next Audi I buy comes with them as standard.
