LED numberplate lights

If anyone is interested i picked up some genuine LED numberplate lights for my 2010 A6 C6 land mans. After reading loads post posts nobody confirmed weather the lights would throw and error on a facelift C6, some said they do some said they don't, so i bit the bullet and bought a set

No errors on the DIS and work as they should, haven't seen how they look at night, I'll get some photos later

Some people's car do error with these lights fitted, think it's either a software or hardware issue on the central convenience module. As yet no one has confirm which module version has the issues with these lights.

Might try a set of those at some point.
The eBay ones I bought a month or so ago work without bulb errors, but flicker when the car does its self check. They were too bright too in my opinion.

They look really smart and obviously keep an OEM appearance. I had the cheap eBay ones on my A4 and yeah they were way to bright!

Ive had the OE ones as per VagCabby's photos for over a year and as yet no errors or issue..........
