LED headlights - pfl single reflector

Has anyone used H4 type hi/lo beam LED bulbs in single reflector 1998 light?
Anytime I drive out of town can't see a thing, literally not enough light to safely go over 50
I have Nightbreakers atm but 4 years old, need some replacement!

Stupid question but what are your cases like? Are they yellowed or hazed. I had the same issue and ended up just buying aftermarket headlight units, slapped some osrams in and they were back to being bright.....even had people flash me thinking my high beams were on
