Leaky tandem pump - new pump, or new gasket?

Hi everyone. After my new turbo exploded two weeks into being on the car, my local garage, whilst replacing said turbo under warranty, have found that my tandem pump is leaking. They have said it will have to be replaced (I think they might be trying to get some more money out of me, due to the lost hours replacing the turbo...)

I have read that some people have cured the leaky pump by just changing the gasket and not the pump - is this correct? If so, where can I get hold of one and are they expensive? Many thanks

Done mine last week was £12 odd from TPS for the gasket, simple job just 3 Allen key bolts hold it in place
