Leaking throttle body

Hi,
I've just had my car serviced and the garage say my car is leaking air out into the engine bay from the throttle body when the turbo comes on boost and I need a new throttle body(although it's not bad so no rush apparently). They say it's leaking from the throttle body its self and not where this attaches on to other components. When I've looked at pictures the throttle bodies look like one piece of metal so how could this leak?
Any help would be great.

Through the seals probably. I am not sure if you can buy a separate seal kit for the throttle body but the TB costs £175 from Eurocarparts.

I had to replace mine due to the V157 fault on Vagcom.

You could remove it, paste it up and see how it goes but for £175, I would replace it just. You will have to eventually if you keep the car.

I would also recommned replacing the EGR seal. Just go to audi as it is very cheap.
