I've now got the latest RNS-E manual in my hands that includes both the Telephone section and SDS (the old one found on various websites does not include either).
The SDS section is excellent (20 pages) and I'd highly recommend buying one to go with your RNS-E, it really helps you to get the best of of the system.
The Audi part number is 271 562 729 20 and it's dated 11/2006.
Cost was about £12 + VAT. Well worth it !
