Hi, there is probably something on here about this but I'm using my phone at the moment so it takes forever. I have recently been lacking power and getting bad mpg figures, I have checked for boost leaks and can't seem to find any. I have also looked at the maf sensor, unplugging it makes no difference what so ever, could this be my problem? I have no access to vag com so I can't look through that. Thanks lee.

That's odd. Your car should feel quicker when you disconnect the MAF which suggests you need a new one.

Yes that's what I was told would happen but it really makes no difference to power or mpg if it's connected or not. The only other thing I can think of is on idle it is ever so slightly better when its disconnected, I would leave it disconnected but my traction becomes a problem without ESP.
