Is it just me or is anyone else just shattered lately?

It must be this heat because im so f*****g tired all the time no matter how much sleep i have or what i do.

I just cant actually be arsed to do anything lol, i suppose when its 31 degrees outside you associate that with being on holiday and i dont even have a pool to jump into and cool off.

I mean i cant even be arsed to play on my xbox thats how knackered i am lol.

    Rant over.

    Maybe you should detox?

Cut out caffine, drink your own body weight in water a day for a week and see how you get on :)

Yeah I started to feel *****....so I have gone back on a diet and doing more exercise......currently 100Kg (around 15.stone in real money)....aiming to get down to about 88Kg...(just under 14 stone)

The big problem I face is that once I have lost th weight - then I get back on the Real Ale - Slurp

    Recent sunshine/Heat is great though...!

Personally I always find I do so much more at this time of year with the longer days - rather than being at home from 5pm every night I am always out and about doing stuff in the light evenings which makes me more tired.

However it's easier to eat a healthier diet at this time of year as the fresh fruit etc is a lot more appealing when the weathers warm :)

I blame it on the hot weather..or is it our 7 week year old sons sleeping habits!

If he's anything like my daughter, its not his sleeping habits that keep me up, but his waking habits!

Just spotted my error; he is definately 7 weeks, not years:uhm:...but your right there. Especially when I have been up most of the night, then the four year old turns up in our bedroom thinking it's time to get up because it's light and we are awake! :faint:
