K04 Hot side opinions needed

Im putting this back in my car tomorrow

Crack at 11 oclock and where the flapper is white it doesn't seal completely. You can see it as well next to the crack at 12 oclock.

I have to put it back together tomorrow and there is no way for a new hot side right now. So how bad is this? Am i looking into taking everything apart again in the very near future? Luckily this time i didn't have many problems with the turbo bolts. But it still sucks

How far does the crack go into the housing, does it go all the way through the seat of the valve??

If its only a mm or two, you could try removing the crack with a dremel and smoothing it all out, you'd effectively be making the hole elliptical, but obviously don't remove the seat the penny valve sits against, this will reduce the stress on the crack and will slow the growth of the crack, may even stop it.

Imo though its not that bad at all.

my old k04 was more crack than turbo. That's tiny lol
