K03, time to replace options?

Hi All,

All this lovely heat seems to be making my turbo noisy at times. So it's time to replace, problem is, when I search interweb there are a few version of K03 being offered? So I'm a little confused on what I should be ordering? I have a TQS, should be just a standard K03?
