Has anyone else had a problem with the top hose housing splitting away from the engine completely? 
I borrowed my dads car today to go and collect some parts for mine and the stub that the top hose goes on snapped clean off. I had no tools so had to wait to be collected.
I now have it just about mounted on whats left of the stub, i wonder does anyone have one laying around, as i need to borrow this car agin to do a considerable distance reliably
The car is a 2.0e engine and the plastic doodah has 2 sensors clipped into it and an outlet for the top rad hose.
