Just got a curious question!!

This one may seem weird but i was wondering with enamel paint does it need any sort of top coat? and is it weather proof?

Dont really wanna say what i've done in case it goes tits up /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh_roll.gif and really messes my car up /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
