To be honest with you, all it looks like is a damaged bumper to me. Obviously I've not seen it in real life, but the damage to the headlight seems superficial you could always try and replace the glass, unless the actual assembly is damaged. The fog light grille looks OK to me, just seems a little out of shape because of the dent in the bumper. The headlight washer cap just needs respraying, I assume it still pops out under pressure?

If you go through insurance you'll be getting shafted for the next few years, I'm the same age as you and I had a very minor prang a few months ago but decided against going through insurance as I would be uninsurable in anything too fancy, and I'm a flashy ******* so that just won't do!
