Judder when cold 2000rpm

Hi All,
Audi a3 8p 2.0tdi sportback 2011 model
I have the judder in second and third gear at around 2000-2500rpm i have done the liqui-moly and changed oil and fuel filter, next is to remove the injectors and put them in a sonic bath, can someone tell me how to remove the top yellow tabs off the rail?, or a guide/walk-through for the process. Much appreciated in advance i'm at my wits end with it!

Just to let people know, you need to pull the little yellow/orange tabs upwards (not to hard) so you end up with this.

Then you undo the 2 hex stretch bolts & main rail 8 nuts from the solid rail, only loosen the side not connected to the injectors, i used an angled screwdriver to put some pressure underneath the injector and slowly wiggle it and out they pop.

Then number them up 1/2/3/4 and chuck them in the sonic bath for 480 seconds 2 at a time

Repeat the process for the other two making sure all residue is removed from the tips and seals, dry off with a paper towel and put them back as you took them out.

Car is now running sweet as a nut.
