iXA-W407BT & BOSE system

Hi guys, hope one of you can answer my question

I've been looking to get the Alpine iXA-W407BT installed in my 05 A3 2.0 TFSI. I was wondering if there were any compatibility issues with the factory fitted BOSE system?
