Well after 2 weeks of mucking about and buying a Ford Mondeo to get me to work while the A4 was in bits it's finally back together. A mate of mine (Rhinopower) came over yesterday and it all slipped together. Still missing an air filter to fit as the big posh K&N doesn't fit in the hole also need to swap a boost hose between the intercooler and its hard pipe. To say it was not anywhere close to as easy as it had been made out to be would be an understatement, literally everything needed modifying.
A quick test whizz tonight, couldn't resist opening the taps a little and saw 11.9 AFR @WOT but was listening very carefully for det and only rev'd to about 4500rpm.
And the new addition to the fleet
