No afraid it's not. You'll need new wings, bonnet and grill. Your better of selling the pre-facelift one and buying a facelift one.

I meant the 3 and 5 dr front ends are the same on the same year car if you are wanting to go past a facelift year then you will need to swap the whole front end yes

Front ends on both the 3 door and 5 door are the same. The reason the 5 door in the above link is different to the 3 door is because its registered in 2010. The front end design was changed in 2009.
