I had a quote from Audi to replace this part and the main front grill the other week. Let me see if I have the part number on the email

It is a separate part. I had to transfer my grill from my standard to the s line bumper and it's something separate. If you can get hold of a bumper you might be able to source that part?

Just took a trip to audi and it was £32 for a replacement, not so bad...
