Is this a MOT failure

Hi there one and all!

My car is due for it's MOT in a couple of weeks, just wanted to check whether this is a MOT Failure and if I should get it resolved first!

The Speedo lights between 40 & 70mph no longer light up, the actual needle does light! Is this going to be a MOT failure or not?? As doesn't really effect the car, or make it dangerous!

Your input will be great.

Cant say if it is or not, but i would doubt they would even notice it. Just turn the brightness of the clocks down before you put it in. They wont be able to see them light up in the day anyways.

No not failure as beerzo say they will not even see it ..the most they will do is put an advie note on the MOT slip
