Just saw a b6 avant and looked wide at the rear. Not flared or rolled!
Just wondered if it mgt b because quattro's are wider?
Are are both variants the same?

Think that's about right :icon_thumright: Wheelmanwayne said something about the difference on page 37 of the picture thread and tried finding more info but the topic isn't discussed often. Could be something to do with how they are torsen quattro rather than haldex.

The bodyshell is the same, so any difference in rear track (IF there is any) would have to be minimal.

Probably either staggered wheels or it was a rs4 !

Body width are all the same apart from Rs models which we all know aren't made in b6 guise. Quattro models run a different suspension setup but saying that if the car has been lowered and running a pokey setup with its wheels it will look wide

staggered wheels i guess. I was advised away from these having quattro. i have an s4 cab but it just been lowered with new wheels all with the same offset and the rear looks wider :)
