Selling my Integrated Engineering rods for 1.8T applications.

I am using my Pauter rods for my build so these are no use to me.

They are for pistons with 19mm wrist pins so suit most 1.8T's post year 2000. Suit engine codes AMB, ARX, ARY, ATW, AUM, AWM, AWP, AWW, BJX to name a few.

If you have an engine code for me I can check if they suit.

These will suit up to 700bhp (from IE's website).

Rods have new bushings on the small ends as they where used but only for 1,000 miles.

I have 1.8T pistons (9.5:1 compression ratio) spare if the buyer wants to take them too (for a price) and I can get the rod bushings honed to suit the pistons.

New rods bearings would be required also.

    Spiel from the IE website:

2 Piece Forgings from Vacuum Drawn 4340 Chrome Moly Steel
Multi Stage Heat Treat for maximum strength, dimensional stability, and fatigue life.
    Fully Machined and Shot Peened
    Optimized H beam Design
Tolerances as tight as .0003 ground on Sunnen brand equipment
    Standard ARP2000 Rod Bolts
    Computer Optimized Design
    Magnaflux Inspected
    Dimensionally Inspected
Packed in balanced sets +/- 1 gram.
    VW/Audi 1.8T engines with 19mm wrist pins
    Combination tested to over 700HP+
Possible to install without removal of engine

I am after €200 for them but obviously open to offers. Ill include the pistons for an extra €60. Honing the rods to the pistons is roughly €80 and I can get this done if required using Westward Engineering.

    Cheers,
    Dave

I can send photos this evening when I get home.

As per the first post though, they are not brand new unused.

They have less than 1000 miles on them as they were fitted incorrectly by a mechanic.

They were removed and I went a different direction with my build.

They have since had new bushings fitted to the small end so they are more or less brand new, you would just need new big end bearings for them which are roughly €60 for the set.
