Increased MPG

Higher octan fuel will increase MPG.

If i use normal esso i get around 300 miles per tank however using shell optmax or what ever its called now, it goes up tp 340.

yeh cheers guys, i wasn't searching for MPG increasors....

I was just purely browsing A3 parts and came across them!!

i can get a good 360-380 out of a full tank using shell optimax

Just not seen this latest con and wondered what the deal was.

Utter tripe. They're also sold for central heating systems ("SAVE £££££££££ ON YOUR HEATING BILL") and have similarly negligible effects.
