As title says realy just wanting some info on a good suspension setup for fast road use on my a3 1.8t, I do alot of road rallying and and normaly use my mk2 escort but im in the process of restoring it so the a3 will be running this season. I need a good shock setup thats abit harder than normal and it carnt be to low maybe 25mm drop max. Ive had alook round but could do with some advice please.

Read threads by users Westy and Prawn. There into track days. They are in the 8L section. :)

I use billies b8 and h&r springs! Good setup! Or go for coilovers so you can control the level of drop?

If you need stiffer and more controlled, DO NOT get cheap coilovers, the damping is no better than stock.

Have you a budget in mind?

Bilstein B8s and Eibach springs are what you want.

The Bilstein B12 kits is one of the best options available.

Let me know if you need any info or prices.
