I ve Remap my A3 8v 1.6 tdi. (1.6 tdi remap vs 2.0 tdi vs 118 d f20)and LOGS.

Hi!! I m from spain, my english is very bad, sorry.

I ve remap my a3 8v 1.6 tdi 105 cv.

Whit stage 1 (BND UNLIMITED) the car have 145 cv and 320nm of torque whit DPF, i am really happy , the car is totally different. The next modification is delete DPF and stage 2 to give 160cv and 380nm of torque but i ve a problem and i cant find a downpipe or de-cat for mi 1.6.

There are a little comparative whit another cars. I measured this times whit Vagcom 12.12.

Good morning my friend ! Can you tell us about the fuel economy now and before the remap ? I have the same 1.6 tdi and i want to remap too but i am thinking the difference to fuel economy.

Sure! A costante speed the difference to fuel economy is -1 litr /100 kmh. But if you go to fire haha the consumition is +2 litrs/100 kmh

for example mine has 4.5 - 5/100 km if i see the trip computer...if tha goes to 7-8/100 km its a big difference...
i put 50.00 euros diesel and i go for 820 km

no!!!! whit a normal conduccion the consume is 3.5.4 litr/100 but if you drive very very fast the consume is + 2-3 litr/100 do you understand me? mi english is very bad,,, sorry

Not necessarily because the engine produces more torque...

300 eur = stage 1 + egr off

+ 70 NM

And in this model of a3 , whit ECU EDC 17 C 64 isnt necesary to export the Ecu ann whit OBD is possible to remap, only one machine can do it and is the CMD.

yes they make upto 150bhp when mapped, which is a huge increase from 105. Turbo has a lot of air to spare.
