    Another dealership rant.. booked the car in for the service today.

    Would you like the car picked up?

    Yes please.

    Would you like a courtesy car?

    Yes please.

    Even rang in yesterday to double check everything was booked as we've had trouble with them in the past (not to mention the bad rep on here that some dealers get). All confirmed.

    Come home from work early for the car to be picked up at 3pm. 4pm rolls past... Call audi.

    Oh we had you booked in to drop the car off at 3?

    Grrr! So then I try to reschedule for next Friday..

    Sorry 3pm is too late my technicians go home at 4.

    AWESOME.

    Rant over... :)

    I rarely hear good reviews about Audi main dealers. Audi just want to sell cars they dont give a **** after they have sold you one, their customer service is terrible. Try & find yourself a vag specialist mate.

    Martin Sander is the new CEO at Milton Keynes, copy him in on the email you send back to the dealer with your complaint. If he doesn't know, he can't do anything about it.
    Expect a phone call back from Audi Customer services about an hour later.
