Hub distorted!?

Long story short, warped a set of discs within 2 months so bought a new set of Brembos.
Fitted them today but when I spin the wheel I got this (watch video)

1 Wheel seems to be catching on the pads when I spin it pointing to distortion of the hub?
The bearings are fine, no play at all.

UPDATE:

Took off the disc and checked the hub for run-out:

Basically nothing.

then fitted the disc on a totally clean hub that I ran the sander over to remove all traces of rust and got this:

.20mm of run out on brand new brembo discs.

I'm at a loss.

Can you position the disc in a different position to see if it improves per chance?

Or is it one of the grub screw mounted jobbies

for gits and shiggles it has to be worth a try to see if you can improve upon it

Moved the disc to several different positions, same run out at some place on the disc each time (marker pen helped)

2 sets of out of spec discs from 2 different retailers, what's the chance of that?!

I'm going to go and look at an A6 LeMans next week.
